Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has chided the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to stay true to the promise by President Buhari to conduct a free, fair and credible election in 2023.
Governor Wike also mocked the All Progressive Congress (APC) noting that if President Buhari does keep to his words of not interfering with the conduct of the 2023 general elections, the All Progressives Congress will be doomed.
Nyesom Wike however further noted that Buhari’s resolve means he is serious about leaving a lasting legacy of conducting free, fair and credible elections.
He said this at the commencement of the construction work of Igwuruta internal roads in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers state that was performed by the governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, on Wednesday.
