Clariform investigations have revealed that is currently a growing dispute between United Kingdom visa holders and their dependents, and this dispute arises after arriving in the United Kingdom. Home Office policy allows holders of certain visa categories to bring their family members and their dependents to the United Kingdom to Study, Live and Work in the country. Most popular of these visa categories from Clariform investigation is the Student Visa and Work Visa. These categories are popular among immigrants from Asians and African countries. Nigerians and Indians received the highest number of these visa from available Home Office statistics. A lawyer who spoke to our correspondent confirms that most of these visa holders go on to settle in the United Kingdom permanently. However, the most worrisome disclosure came from an anonymous tip, who told another Clariform correspondent that she uncovered a case of an immigrant from India who arrived the United Kingdom as a student and then brought in “her husband” as a dependent. It turned out that the alleged husband was not her real husband, but someone who agreed to pay her some money to stand in as her husband, because she was single. They “fake husband” upon arrival in the UK failed to pay her the agreed amount. He also threatened to spill the bean and show the Home Office Their SMS, WhatsApp and Email charts if she ever tries to make trouble. This should be a lesson to everyone.
